Description of the offer

The house is located on a vast  12000 m2 olive grove. The beach is only 120 meters away and for dog beach is just 1 kilometer away.

The history of this house lies in the old Croatian shepherd’s house called “Bunja”. It was used by shepherds in vast fields as a shelter from the sun or storm. It was built using only natural stone without the help of any mortar or cement. Therefore, this house has the word Heritage in its name justly.

Island Getaway is the perfect place for an escape from civilization and the perfect place to relax for you and your family. At the same time, however, it is only 3 kilometers from supetar, the island’s capital, where you’ll find  shops, cafes andsupermarkets. You can go there either by car, or use 4 free bikes we have provided to you– also suitable forriding along the coast of the island on a number of cycle paths .

The house itself, which at first glance does not seem, but has 90 m2 and is an unusual round shape. Although the house is inspired by history and built in a rustic style, it is  equipped with modern facilities to ensure you will not miss anything on your vacation. The main room offers an air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 children, TV/Sat, as well as a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenwith amenities such as an induction board, oven, microwave, dishwasher or coffee maker to enjoy your morning coffee while viewing the sea. there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with open-plan wardrobes, large bathroom with toilet and washing machine and a separate toilet with a sink.

The outdoor spacious terrace will provide you with all the comfort needed. The dominant feature on the terrace is of course the swimming pool, where you can cool offduring summer, but also on colder days thanks to the installed pool heating. You will find sun loungers and umbrellas to provide  some protection from the sun. There is a large circular table with chairs on the terrace, where you can enjoy fresh fish prepared on the grill located right next door. Do not hesitate to come to us to enjoy your “Robinson”.
